Applications from unsuccessful candidates are deleted within one month after the relevant recruitment process has concluded.

Where an applicant is employed by ITTL, information required for employment and related administration may become part of the employee's records and will then be retained in accordance with requirements applicable to employment records.

Analytics information is retained according to the Google Analytics configuration used by ITTL.

Technical website information and server logs are retained according to the configuration and retention practices of the website hosting infrastructure.
